This product comes directly from the native paddy growing organic farmers of Tamil Nadu as part of ROF Community Farming Initiative.

Cooking Method: 

  1. Add the desired quantity of Aval in a bowl
  2. Add boiling water till the flakes submerge.
  3. Leave it for few minutes so water is absorbed by the flakes and its soft.
  4. Based on your taste add desired quantity of Naatu Sarkarai(Brown Sugar), sprinkle some grated fresh coconut and serve.
