Aval / Poha – Black Kavuni, 250g
The black rice flakes/poha of Karuppu(Black) Kavuni are processed by soaking, roasting and pressing the paddy to get the flakes.
This product comes directly from the native paddy growing organic farmers of Tamil Nadu as part of ROF Community Farming Initiative.

Cooking Method: Add the desired quantity of Aval in a bowl and add boiling water till the flakes submerge. Leave it for 5 minutes so water is absorbed by the flakes. Based on taste add Naatu Sarkarai and mix it.
