How we make of Butter Chilies at our farm?
- Begin by harvesting fresh, high-quality organic Samba green chillies from our farm.
- Carefully slit the chillies to enhance marination.
- Add thick Desi buffalo curd and sea salt to the slit chillies.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly, cover the mixture with a cotton cloth, and let it marinate for a couple of days.
- After marination, sun-dry the chillies to begin the preservation process.
- Each evening, transfer the partially dried chillies back into a container with leftover curd, then sun-dry them again the next day.
- Repeat this process daily until all leftover curd is fully used up.
Following this traditional technique results in rich, buttery dried butter chillies—perfectly textured and packed with flavor.
