Description

Ingredients: Organically grown native variety of samba green chillies, Sea Salt and Desi Buffalo curd.

How we make of Butter Chilies at our farm?

  1. Begin by harvesting fresh, high-quality organic Samba green chillies from our farm.
  2. Carefully slit the chillies to enhance marination.
  3. Add thick Desi buffalo curd and sea salt to the slit chillies.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, cover the mixture with a cotton cloth, and let it marinate for a couple of days.
  5. After marination, sun-dry the chillies to begin the preservation process.
  6. Each evening, transfer the partially dried chillies back into a container with leftover curd, then sun-dry them again the next day.
  7. Repeat this process daily until all leftover curd is fully used up.

Following this traditional technique results in rich, buttery dried butter chillies—perfectly textured and packed with flavor.
